The senate has confirmed the nominee appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as chairman independent corrupt practice and other related offense commission (ICPC). The nominee who was screened during the plenary read a brief biography of his educational career and experience as a senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
Senator Babangida Hussani speaking during the screening in the house commented highly in his competence and in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu “ I’m highly confident in the nominee who Mr president has appointed as chairman Independent corrupt practice and other related offenses commission (ICPC) having known him to be an intellectual and diligent young man in his career and office held by him, I have no doubt that he is the best man for the work.
Other senators who contributed during the plenary include senator ADAMU Alerio who represent Kebbi central senatorial district. Adding his voice, he spoke “ I’m confident in the Nominee standing before us to give his best in the office which Mr president has nominated him for. He has left good remarks in previous offices held by him at as such, I have no doubt in his credibility and capacity to manage the office bestowed on him.
