Report indicates that two members of IPOB/ESN were killed in Ebonyi state by security operatives on 31 May 2022.
The Joint Security Forces from Ebonyi State invaded the terrorist main camp at Isu community, in the onicha Local Government Area of the State where they successfully dislodged members of the outlawed groups by killing two while others were arrested.
The State Police Spokesperson, SP Chris Ayanwu confirmed the Incident.
According to Ayanwu the invasion by the security operatives followed an attack on a Police patrol team on Monday, May 30.
The operatives during the invasion recovered 3 AK-47 rifles, 147 rounds of AR ammunition, and 38 rounds of AK-47 ammunition among other items.
