In a touching act of compassion, Dr. Folabora Bryhm, founder of the Dr. Folabora Bryhm Foundation, has stepped up to support the children of late Sunday Aiyedero, who was tragically killed by gunmen in Odo-Ape.
Dr. Bryhm covered the educational expenses of Aiyedero’s five children, ensuring their schooling continues without disruption with the school fees paid directly to the Proprietor of Dominion Success Academy, Mr. Onoyima Israel Ikechukwu, of Odo-Ape, Bunu, Kogi State.

Additionally, Dr. Bryhm presented a cash gift to Aiyedero’s widow to help ease her financial burden and provide some relief as she navigates this difficult period.
Aiyedero, known as Maja in the community, left behind a grieving wife and children. In a time of immense hardship, Dr. Bryhm’s timely intervention provides them with a renewed sense of hope and a clear path to continue their education, despite the overwhelming loss.
Dr. Bryhm emphasized the importance of ensuring these children’s academic journey is not interrupted. He also called on the community to come together and support the grieving family in any way they could, offering both emotional and financial assistance.
“Education is the foundation for a brighter future,” Dr. Bryhm said. “It is heartbreaking to see the pain and loss these children and their mother are experiencing. I believe it is our duty, as a community, to ensure they are not left behind. By supporting their education, I hope to provide them with the tools they need to prosper and build a better future for themselves.”
“While nothing can replace the loss of a loved one, we can all come together to ensure that the wife and children are not forgotten,” Dr. Bryhm remarked. “This is a small contribution to help ease their burden and give them the chance to excel in life, just as their father and husband would have wanted, I urge other members of the society to extend genuine love and care in any guise to them.”
