Reverse Decision On Ban – Farmers under the aegis of the Donkey Dealer Association has come to protest against the Federal Government decision on bans, killing of donkey, skin trading.
It will be recalled that the Federal government earlier placed a ban on the killing of donkey and trading of donkey skin in Nigeria to avoid the animal going into extinction.
The dealers during interview with journalists at the National Assembly complex claimed the decision will be an economic sabotage to the already dwindling economy.
The convener of the group Mr. Chidebe Sunday Nnabuike who happens to be CEO ETS EMMALEX Global LTD in Nasarawa state claims that extract from donkey can be used as herbs and also the meat is very low in cholesterol.
In futherance , the group pleaded to the Federal government to provide soft loans and other source of Financing to in other to boost the donkey farming and mutilations
