The president of the Senate Senator Godswill Akpabio has urged Nigerians to be patient with the current administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu
Senator Apkabio made this submission during a meeting with the leadership of the Senate and the organised labour at the National Assembly complex in Abuja.
According to the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) president Comrade Joe Ajaero, labour visited the lawmakers at the invitation of the Senate over their grievances about the subsidy removal.
The Senate President said that the current administration is barely two months and needed some time to settle down and put policies in place . He insisted that the country is broke.
Earlier during the meeting , the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) urged the Federal Government to Fix Nigerian refineries and make it operational in other to cushion the effects of the Subidy Removal.
